We rent this magnificent house which is off the coast of Charente-Maritime on the island of Oléron. Able to accommodate up to 7 travelers and located in a quiet residence on the edge of a cycle path and the seafront, in the town of Dolus D'Oléron. The large wooden terrace will allow you to enjoy your meals out of sight. The house is ideally placed, while remaining a fewfrom shopping. The beach of the Baie de la Perroche is in the immediate vicinity (100m) via the Beaurepaire pass. You will enjoy the entire house.
The house has 3 sleeping areas composed of its 2 bedrooms and its mezzanine.
On the ground floor :1 bedroom with 140 bed, shower room, separate WC, living room with open kitchen on the living room offers a pleasant living room, overlooking the wooden terrace without vis-à-vis.
Upstairs: 1 open mezzanine with 140 cm bed, office/dressing table/game area, 1 bedroom with 3 beds: 1 90 cm bed + 2 80 cm beds (can be combined into a 160 cm bed).
So in total 2 double beds + 3 single beds OR 3 double beds + 1 single bed!
Inoutside a terrace without vis-à-vis (table, 8 chairs, parasol, beach parasol, beach games, electric barbecue), closed shed where to store your bicycles if necessary. A large driveway on the side of the house leads to the terrace.

Additional end-of-stay cleaning and disinfection, €40. The house must be returned in a clean and tidy condition, bins emptied. In order to prevent any lack of cleanliness during the return, the concierge will also ask you for a cleaning deposit check of €150.
